Directions

1.  Take mask out of box.
2.  Put the elastic strips on your ears.
3.  Pull mask gently to cover your nose and mouth.
4.  Press and adapt nose bar to fit your nose.
5. Breathe normally through Promed mask

Cautions

1.  Single use only.
2.  Mask are for personal use and should not be shared.
3.  Do not use if mask is torn or wet.
4.  Do not use mask if you are unable to breathe normally as a result of dirt on the mask.
